This session builds further on the autumn 2025 update. It is informed by learning from the first phase of renewed EIF inspections.  

A must for school leaders.

 

 

 

This session will include information about:

  • findings from inspections and next steps

  • what foundational knowledge inspection considers

  • being clear about ‘secure fit’

  • start of the day – questions to focus on

  • learning walks – questions to focus on

  • IDSR and achievement

  • inclusion – what this means in practice

  • crucial aspects of leadership and governance

  • monitoring and report cards

 

This session is designed to be a brisk, succinct session to cover the headlines. It will not be recorded and the PowerPoint will not be sent out as a document. Diane will stay online for a while after the session to answer any questions. Alternatively, she will respond to questions via email after the event.
