Terms and conditions
Payment terms
Invoices are generated at the time of booking. Payment is due within 30 days of receiving services or training. Most schools process invoices through their finance departments. DPSI accepts payment by: • Bank transfer • Credit card (there is an option to pay by credit card when booking a course through the online form) • Cheque (if paying by cheque, please make cheques payable to Diane Pye)
Cancellation and refund policy
Cancellations made up to three working days before a course begins will not be charged. After this time, any course materials will have been sent out, so any late cancellations will be charged in full. However, delegate/s will be able to transfer the paid booking to a later course, if a repeat session is scheduled. Alternatively, a different delegate from the same school/organisation can attend in their place.
All cancellations of course bookings must be made via email. For record-keeping purposes, a phone call cannot be accepted as a means of cancellation. All bookings remain chargeable until written confirmation of a cancellation is received. The full course fee will be charged for any delegate/s who do not attend a course for which a place has been booked and has not been cancelled.
Once purchased digital recordings are accessed, the order cannot be cancelled and there is no right of refund. If you purchase a digital recording then you will be sent a link for direct access. At the point of purchase, you will be asked to accept the terms and conditions as set out by DPSI. DPSI monitors access to digital content.
