History

The subject leadership course and the knowledge in history recorded session provide an important introduction and overview. The progress course follows on from this and includes ideas, examples, resources and routines to use in school. Following on from the subject courses, the assessment course covers inspiring, practical, maneageable and effective assessment. Both the Early Years and the SEND courses have implications for history and complement the subject leadership and progress courses. Two sets of substantive concept cards. Each A4 card sets out how one concept can be built over time, moving from the simple to the complex. Effective curriculum design includes valuable headline information for all subjects. For more information, please do get in touch.
